The Oklahoma County Court Clerk is located at
the South Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, 701 Southwest 74 Street,
each Wednesday from 9 to 11 a.m.
Each week anyone can walk in, no appointment necessary, and file a
number of documents, including passport applications. Convenience is the
reason for this service. Customers can avoid the downtown traffic and
enjoy free parking as they take care of important government document
filings.
The office accepts all small claims filings; domestic and family
filings; probate, guardianship, and adoption filings; and civil filings
except for Sheriff sale packets. Please note that the office cannot
accept cash.
